As well as our variety of freshly baked doughnuts which we offer to the public at events, we are also able to supply restaurants, coffee shops and other businesses with our range of wholesale bread products.

Our wholesale bakery products

All our breads are made with organic flour and are free from additives and preservatives. Most of our breads are naturally leavened using our own sourdough culture or are pre-fermented over a period of up to three days. The slow fermentation brings unique flavours from the grains and provides the breads with better texture.

Sourdough

Country
A blend of roller milled white and stoneground wholemeal flour. Naturally leavened and slow risen over 12 hours. Available in: 800g/1600g.

Malted Wheat
A blend of roller milled white, stoneground wholemeal and light malthouse flour. Naturally leavened and slow risen for over 12 hours. Available in: 800g/1600g.

Oat
A blend of roller milled white, stoneground wholemeal and fermented stoneground oatmeal. Naturally leavened and slowly risen for over 12 hours. Available in: 800g.

Conventional

White tin/Bloomer
Roller milled white flour, slow fermented for over 12 hours using a small percentage of conventional baker’s yeast. Available in: 800g tin, 800g/1200g bloomer.

Wholemeal tin
Stoneground wholemeal flour blended with roller milled white and slow fermented using a small percentage of conventional baker’s yeast. Available in: 800g.

Focaccia and Ciabatta
Roller milled white flour and locally sourced cold pressed rapeseed oil, slow risen for 18 hours using a small amount of baker’s yeast. Focaccia available in: 800g. Ciabatta available in: 150g.

Brioche style bun
Enriched dough made with roller milled white flour, milk, butter and sugar. Cold fermented for 24 hours for flavour, and a light structure. Available in: 100g.
