We’re looking for someone to help us produce our range of bread, buns and doughnuts for our wholesale customers and markets. Working from our unit in Aston, you will assist our Head Baker in preparing and baking a wide range of items on our menu.
You will be passionate about bread, cakes and desserts and producing them to the highest quality. You will have at least one year experience of working in a bakery environment, which includes mixing and shaping loaves and buns. You must be willing to learn and able to work on your own. Level 2 Food Hygiene is preferable, however training will be provided.
